How do I personalise a sack?
You can personalise your Santa Sack by visiting our collection or product page - Personalised sacks. Choose the design you like and then enter the first/last name you wish to have printed in the special instructions tab. Please seperate multiple names by a comma. ie. MARY, JACK, SOPHIE. **Please check spelling of names prior to placing order.
Can I order more than one personalised sack at a time?
Yes – once you’ve chosen a product and added the personalisation, add this to the cart – the page will then re-load so you can personalise another sack and add to cart. Alternately you can choose number of sacks required and add multiple names under special instructions tab. Be sure to seperate names with a comma and check spelling.
What are your delivery times?
Orders placed before the 05th November will be shipped out on the 06th November. Orders placed after the 5th November will have a 2-3 day turnaround time. We utilise the Courier Guy or Internet Express for our door to door delivery across South Africa. A tracking number will be emailed to you along with order updates throughout the order and delivery process.
Do you deliver Internationally?
Unfortunately we do not deliver outside of South Africa at this time.
