Shipping Policy

Free shipping for orders of R999 and above. R100 flat rate for orders below below R999

We at The Christmas Company understand that you want your products as quickly as possible. Our team of elves are working hard prepping and packaging orders. 

Lead time on all personalized and gingerbread products are as follows :

Orders placed before the 12th of November will only be shipped out on the 15th of November.

Orders placed after the 12th of November will have a 3 day lead time for production and despatch. 

The final date for online orders is the 15 December to guarantee Christmas delivery (subject to availability) 

National Delivery (South Africa)

For orders in South Africa we use local courier companies (The Courier Guy, Internet Express), delivery will take between 1-3 working days.

Please note: Should you be located in an outlying or rural area shipping may in some cases take up to 5 working days to reach you.

International

We do not offer international shipping.
