Refund Policy

If you have a problem with your Christmas Company South Africa product or are unhappy please contact us at info@thechristmasco.co.za. Please provide us with the following details so we can help you.

  • Order number
  • Customer name

Personalised Products

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on any items that are personalised, unless that are deemed faulty or incorrect.

If however, you have received a product you are not satisfied with, please contact us and we will see how we can assist you. We can be reached by email info@thechristmasco.co.za 

Non Personalised Products

We offer 30 day refund policy on all non-personalised items within our range. Simply contact our customer service team by emailing help@thechristmasco.co.za to receive instructions on how to return your item(s).

You can return your order if it meets the following conditions.

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • The item is in unused condition
  • The item is unopened
  • No damage to the item

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

Once the order has been received and approved a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
