Shipping Policy

Free door to door shipping for orders over R599 and above. R99 flat rate for orders below R598.

We at The Christmas Company understand that you want your products as quickly as possible. Our team of elves are working hard prepping and packaging orders. 

Lead time on all personalised and gingerbread products are as follows :

Orders placed on or before the 14th of November will only be shipped out from the 15th November 2023.

Orders placed after the 15th November will have a 2-3 day lead time for production and despatch. 

The final date for online orders is the 18 December 2023 to guarantee Christmas delivery (subject to availability) 

National Delivery (South Africa)

For orders in South Africa we use local courier companies (The Courier Guy, Internet Express), delivery will take between 1-3 working days.

Please note: Should you be located in an outlying or rural area shipping may in some cases take up to 5 working days to reach you.

International

We do not offer international shipping.
